Investment in NAOYOSHI Inc.

IA Partners Inc. (President: Hiroshi Murakami; hereinafter, “IAP”) is pleased to announce that funds managed or advised by IAP have completed a capital injection into NAOYOSHI Inc. (President and CEO: Hirokazu Inose; hereinafter, “Naoyoshi”) through third-party allotment of newly issued stock.
Naoyoshi operates a logistics business, specializing in ambient and refrigerated warehousing and truck transportation. The company has strong business relationship with major food and beverage companies, operating 16 warehouses and approx. 400 trucks, which has enabled Naoyoshi to establish a unique and competitive position in the domestic cold chain logistics market.
IAP aims to invest in large and medium-sized companies, as well as carve-outs of their group companies or business divisions, with the goal of unlocking its growth potential through strengthening their management base, M&A initiatives and finance capabilities.
Post-transaction, Naoyoshi and IAP will position the nationwide expansion of the company’s cold chain logistics network as a core growth strategy to realize Naoyoshi’s vision of “Delivering deliciousness to anyone, anytime, anywhere across Japan,”. Leveraging its accumulated expertise, IAP will provide the necessary management support and growth capital to execute this strategy, working closely with Naoyoshi to enhance the company’s enterprise value over the medium to long term.
