In 2002, Yoshiaki joined Matsushita Electric Industrial (current Panasonic). He was engaged in planning of global sales & promotion for flat-panel TVs, product & sales planning for the Chinese market. In 2007, Yoshiaki joined AT Kearney, a strategy consulting firm and he was engaged in a wide range of projects including business strategy, global strategy, mid-term planning, supply chain management, M&A, mainly related to the manufacturing industry in the Tech, Heavy-machinery, and Consumer sector. He joined DBJ-IA in May 2016, and serving as a Managing Director since Jun 2020.
